Refund Policy

Last updated: August 30, 2026

The short version

Cancel any time in one click. If SnapSolve isn't for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full — no forms, no questions. Billing mistakes are always refunded.

Canceling. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your dashboard under Manage billing. Canceling stops all future charges. You keep paid access until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing renews after that. You do not need to email us to cancel.

14-day money-back guarantee. If you're unhappy with your first paid subscription for any reason, email us within 14 days of that payment and we'll refund it in full. This applies once per customer, to the first payment on your account.

Accidental renewals. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. If a renewal caught you off guard, contact us within 7 days of the charge. If you haven't meaningfully used the service during that new period, we'll refund it. We'd rather refund a renewal you didn't want than keep money from someone who isn't using SnapSolve.

Billing errors and service failures. We always refund duplicate charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation, and charges for the wrong plan or amount. If SnapSolve is broken or unavailable for an extended period and we can't fix it for you, we'll refund the affected period. These are not limited by the windows above — contact us whenever you notice.

What isn't refunded. Outside the cases above, payments for periods you've already used are generally non-refundable, and we don't refund partial or unused portions of a billing period after cancellation, or solves you didn't use before your daily limit reset. Answers being wrong or unhelpful on their own isn't a refund trigger — SnapSolve is AI-generated and can make mistakes, which is why the free plan exists to try it first. That said, if the service genuinely didn't work for you, use the 14-day guarantee.

Free plan. The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can stop using it or delete your account at any time.

How refunds are paid. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. They typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We never see or store your card details.

Your legal rights. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country. Customers in the EU and UK have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on digital purchases; our guarantee above is designed to meet or exceed it. Where local law gives you more, local law wins.

Please contact us before a chargeback. If something looks wrong on your statement, email us first — we can almost always sort it out faster than your bank can, and a chargeback can lock your account while it's disputed.

Requesting a refund

Email support@snapsolve.site from the address on your account, and include the date and amount of the charge. That's all we need. We reply to every request within 3 business days.
